We have always owned homes and never had a rental experience, until March 2021. It's been 3 months, and this company has been amazing. They have responded to our calls for maintenance including providing plumbing services from a local company who have also been great to work with. I have had immediate responses to all email inquiries and messages left with the gal who works in the office and answers their phones during business hours. Three months of immaculate customer service, and everyone in the office has been a pleasure to communicate with. I have heard horror stories and read reviews from so many property management companies, and I was so nervous about EVERY ONE of them.
