Heritage Court

I've lived here for over a year now and have enjoyed every moment. The leasing office is always responsive and helpful when I have questions. The grounds crew is exceptional. Grass is always well-maintained in the summer, and the snow is removed before I even wake up. There was no question that I was going to resign when my lease when it came time. I was even more pleasantly surprised when the rent increase was not astronomical, as I've heard at other places. I think Heritage Court is a hidden gem.

We have lived here since June 2025 and have had a positive experience. There are plenty of places to walk my dog, and we enjoy the amenities, especially the pool and the fitness centers. With all of the snow we have had so far this winter, they have done a great job of plowing the roads and parking lots and shoveling the paths. Everyone I've dealt with at the leasing office has been pleasant and helpful, especially Jenna. Anything I've inquired about or needed help with, she is quick to answer and provide help, and she is always pleasant to deal with. I am very happy to be living here.

The neighbors are amazing but that’s where the benefits of living here stop. Everyone employed by this organization has terrible communication skills and no one cares either. We stopped calling maintenance to fix things and just started doing it ourselves. They either don’t show up or take forever and then say there’s nothing wrong. The pool is never open (either due to fungus in the pool or no lifeguard on duty) and they rarely announce that to the community. You will definitely find out after schlepping your kids and all their pool floaties down there though because they’ll zip tie the gate. Building 508 has insufficient parking to meet the number of occupants in the building let alone the fact that people from other buildings use that lot. So they want you to park near the clubhouse a

Jenna the manager at the Ewing facility has gone far beyond what her job description details. I been having back problems and she has made sure what I needed and granted my request the next day. Along with her workers that helped install. Under her leadership i could not have picked a better community to make my home.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews on here. We’ve lived here over a year now and it’s by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The office staff is responsive and extremely professional. They go out of their way to organize community events and cute little things for residents in the leasing office. In my opinion the older Yorkshire section is the best option, though not as updated and renovated. Private front doors (not in a hallway), high ceilings, large windows so lots of natural light and apartments are spacious with a washer and dryer. It also seems like the buildings were built better as far as sound proofing goes. I hardly ever hear my neighbors unless it’s a high-pitched noise (unlike where I lived prior where you could hear conversations clearly through the walls). N
