Heritage Apartments

These apartments are exceptional, with a kind and helpful landlord and manager. I spent four years here without encountering any issues. The location is ideal, with everything you need, such as Walmart, gas stations, and Aldi, just a mile or less away. The community is friendly and quiet, making it a great place to live. Additionally, the maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any concerns are addressed quickly.

I’ve never lived here but the owner was incredibly rude when I called to ask about availability. I said I was calling to inquire about pricing and availability and he goes, “There’s no availability,” and hung up. Happy to have found another apartment!

Heritage apartments are in a great location, that’s about it! For what you get they’re definitely not worth the price you pay. I definitely don’t recommend living here. Oh and the owner was very rude To my partner and I. Definitely degraded people. There are way better apartments in Watertown.

Man was very rude from the beginning and when I called back months later (I forgot this was the rude one) he wanted to act like I was rude to him for no reason. I was not rude until he was. He wants to cry like a child when someone reciprocates his actions. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.

My friend lives here and I love the apartments they are nice and a great space for a couple or one person, if I was to move to Watertown I would live here
