Henderson Square I & II

Moved in to this complex in October and the unit is great. Has everything needed to live comfortably. Unsure what the complaints are about. The office staff works normal hours and are able to get maintenance handled within a day or two. If you don’t take care of a home, you will pay through your deposit. That is what it’s there for. They fixed every issue I found at move in though not many and noted any flaw so I won’t be charged right on the move in inspection. Convenient location and close to everything.

Avoid renting from this landlord. They will confiscate your full security deposit, hit you with thousands in extra charges, and drag you to court if you refuse to pay. I went to court today, and hopefully the judge sees the truth. I left the apartment clean, even had the carpet professionally cleaned, yet look at the outrageous charges they added. it’s not worth the stress or the legal battle. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.

I had lived in many apartments before , never have I come across THEIVES posing as leasing office before ! Don’t get fooled by the great location. Trust me there are many decent places with great location for better prices. During my six months living there, I felt like their move-out and move-in inspection process was designed to charge for the entire apartment renovation, even after I went the extra mile to have my carpets professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, I never got my security deposit back. The staff's behavior was not pleasant; they were RUDE and intrusive, making my stay uncomfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed living here. Great location and community for the price. Maintenance has always been very responsive and is quick to address concerns. As long as you maintain the unit and clean thoroughly before move out, you should expect to get your security deposit back. I recently had my move out inspection and the property managers have told me that I should expect my full deposit back. However, make sure you are very thorough when cleaning the apartment, as they document everything - and I mean everything. Make sure that in the move in inspection you document any damages with management as they cross reference this paper at move out. Overall, this complex is a great value for the King Of Prussia area.
