When I first moved in, the original apartment I was given an option to live had hornets inside. I requested a key to another unit and signed the lease. I lived at The Lakes for six months, knowing I’d eventually transfer to Cranbrook. When I asked the front desk about moving, I was told nothing would change. In reality, my lease was nearly broken early, causing unnecessary stress and last-minute scrambling. Cranbrook is definitely better than The Lakes, I will note at both apartments that I have leased. My front doors were not operational at the lake. The previous tenant had the door kicked in and it was not fixed and at my new apartment. I have lived here for over six years, and the resident service has been consistently disappointing. Most recently, I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and needed emergency assistance after hours (just after 5:00 p.m.). I was unable to get any estimate of when someone would arrive to help. While waiting outside, I could hear my dog inside making alarming sounds, as if he had something stuck in his throat. I called back to explain that it was an emergency and was visibly upset and crying while expressing my concern. Despite this, I was still not given a timeframe. I was told they could send another message stating that I was waiting outside and that it was an emergency—something that had already been communicated from the start. I don't really don't understand this company at all. My mother and I had lived at here for close to 25 years and she just recently padded awa on March 12, 2025. I had a desire to take over the apartment and all had was a living will and Attorney of power which Is what I was told that I could use to stay here when I went into the leasing office. This was In April when I got a refund check and I paid the rent. Now fast forward to October 2nd, 2025 when a representative calls me telling me of my eviction on October 31st and that I still needed a letter of Administration to take over the apartment which I thought the power of attorney was for but I'm told is not viable. This review specifically is for Juanita! My roommate and I toured Cranbrook Hills last weekend and had a wonderful experience. Juanita was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable! She really took the stress off and answered all questions. The units shown were well maintained & exactly as expected.

Do not move here. Management is horrible. When any type of maintenance is done Henn Webb acts like they've doing you a favor. Property manager is horrible. Upper management requires you to submit a complaint in writing when they have an order line where you can speak to someone. They're horrible in cleaning parking lot. Damage done to cars by trees that need to have limbs trimmed back. Don't do it. And Henderson webb don't put up some phoney email to talk to someone about the situation. You don't care. Don't act like you do to people reading this post.
