Management went above and beyond to facilitate a super quick move-in for me earlier this year — I couldn’t be more appreciative of their support that got me into my home within 48 hours of submitting an application!! Maintenance is quick and helpful; the team was prompt and efficient when resolving an issue with a water leak coming from the ceiling in my unit! I appreciate their thoroughness when fixing the problem, as it took a couple repairs to resolve the leak completely but they persisted and didn’t give up on me. They left behind a little mess in my unit as they worked, but I’m grateful for them nonetheless!!

Jared Custer is incompetent. Helix incorrectly charged me and Jared couldn't comprehend what was wrong. Lots of things in my unit were damaged too. The maintenance person is great but he's overworked because no one does proper inspections or cleaning.

I moved into a 1BR in January of 2025 and have a very good experience so far. While the signs of an older architecture are present, the units are very nice for the price and the amenities are perfect for me. A high mark is Jeremiah and the maintenance team who have been prompt and kind and worked hard to address the few move in tasks I had noted. A minor issue with the AC was addressed same-day on a Friday leading into a hot weekend, and they even brought a portable AC for the couple hours my unit was down. 5 stars to the maintenance team. Management as a whole has been easy to work with. Awesome property with a perfect summer balcony. I plan to be here for a number of years.

Writing this specifically because the package dispersal system has been extra bad recently. It has always been annoying, packages are rarely placed on their proper shelf and difficult to find, especially when there's a large volume of packages to search through. A locker system where each package was housed individually would be far more user friendly. Might also fix the new problem of Amazon deliverers specifically (but others sometimes also) not entering each package individually so you have a package in the locked room with no way to get in. Very inconvenient, long overdue for an upgrade.

Terika in leasing and Brandon the maintenance tech were extremely helpful during our tour! You can tell they care alot about the residents within the community and really want people to feel at home at Helix! The amenities of Helix are great, from the outdoor pool to having a car wash in the garage was a bonus I was not expecting to see in an apartment complex. Thanks for your help on our apartment search! We chose something a little closer to our jobs but for the amount of space in the units and great pricing, Helix was a close second!
