Heights at Marlborough Apartments

Roberto was very cordial and polite. He spoke honestly and knew everything about the place he seems to really care about the tenants and improving issues. If he was put in charge of all property management I'm sure the pest issues mentioned in reviews by tenants would be 100% resolved. Unfortunately we will NOT be moving here specifically because of the current pest issues. Simply somthing we can not risk rn.

This apartment complex is probably the worst in Marlborough. No only is it literally trashed with trash all the time but kids are running around with guns and damaging people’s vehicles. Maintenance is good for the most part but this one guy. But don’t be fooled, when I first moved here, contractors would enter my unit without notifying me before or after through the balcony. So if you want privacy, go pay $3000 or more on a unit somewhere else. There’s absolutely no parking even though this property is permit parking only. They have a no commercial vehicle policy yet there’s several commercial vehicles taking up residential parking spots. On top of that, none of the building doors secure properly because residence are constantly jamming the doors so they are left unlocked 24 seven. Yes, t

Don’t live here the photos are a JOKE. You want to update apartments but can’t fix a mice and roach problem in the entire building of 50 and who knows what other buildings. I should go around and see how many there are suffering like this too. Just Lovely seeing poison in the hallways and stairs. You mind as well live in dumpster it’s the same thing.The owners and management don’t care how many times it’s reported.

I love living in my condominium! I was very lucky to rent an apartment in this building, where I have wonderful neighbors. Regarding the management, whenever I need assistance, I am promptly attended to. However, we are facing issues with rodents, something I believe all tenants need to help resolve. It’s a shame that not everyone does their part, especially for those who really care about maintaining the place where they live. Despite this challenge, my experience here is very positive! I love living in this condominium and appreciate the treatment I receive from the management staff.

Great place to live, everyone is very friendly and maintenance is outstanding! They are always on top of any requests for maintenance, very responsive! An special thank you for Martin Barboza for the years of friendship!
