Dont apply here! Waited 2 months while getting told that we were already approved and was waiting for the final steps of approval for our income. For 2 months it was constantly correcting stuff on our application. My roommate was asked 5 times to correct his bank account because they couldn’t get that right. They kept asking me about every paystub and why ones low or higher than the others. It took me multiple times to tell them that my paystubs will never be consistent due to where I work. They told us they would move our move in date from December 29th to the 27th since we needed to move in quickly and would get January free. great! I wish the people that actually did a good job and cared stayed for the positions in staff and maintanance. I as a tenant shouldn't made out to blame if something isn't working properly. Nor is it my fault that you failed a HASCO inspection. You are informed just as much as me on the inspection and requirements. I hate this place and will never recommend HNN community to anyone. Corporations shouldn't have the majority control on low income options just funneling us in.

It’s a good low income property. It’s definitely a starter place. Don’t expect much, good luck on maintenance request. I was there for 18 months and the problems rarely get fixed. I still had open maintenance issues at move in and was never fixed. Neighbors are cool for the most part. But definitely keep everything locked up

It is needed to train people how to do the maintenance correctly. I put the order in stated please wear shoes cover which they didn't follow. And left with mess. My kitchen tower was used to absolve the clogged sewer water without permission from me. And my carpet was wet with sewer water, splashed water all around under the sink. And they didn't clean it after it. You need to train people how to do the service!

The apartment is fine. Most of the problems here are things to do with other tenants- so the management team can’t do much there. But the real issue for me is how long it takes to get maintenance requests taken care of. It’s preposterous. It took weeks to replace my microwave over the holidays. Months to fix some blinds. It took them months to address a problem with drain flies and that ended up costing me several hundred dollars in food I had to throw out because it was infested with bugs. And the necessary cleaning was astounding. Right now, my garbage disposal has been broken for six weeks or so. When I wash dishes the sink fills with water. Standing water attracts bugs. When it finally drains there is a ring around the sink from the dirty dish water. They closed my maintenance reques
