Lived here for a year and moved out in March 2025. While the apartment has nice amenities and was a great layout, we struggled with a significant mold problem in the second/non-bedroom bathroom for majority of the lease that the maintenance crew kept having to treat throughout the lease. I don’t have photos of the mold from when it was at its height and covering majority of the ceiling but I do have one from when it started becoming a bigger issue. According to google reviews I read while we still lived in the unit, this is a common issue for units. Around November/early December (seven months into our lease) we started having cockroaches appear in our kitchen and upon looking at other reviews we saw this was an on-going issue for potentially all of the buildings. Hi, I am writing to formally file a grievance regarding my recent rental application experience and the unprofessional and misleading treatment I received during the process. I initially inquired about a unit a few days prior to January 12, 2026. On January 12, 2026, I received a response from Cydney asking how many bedrooms I needed and how soon I was looking to move. At no point during our communication was I informed that another applicant was also being considered for the unit. That same day, I paid the $45.00 application fee and completed the application. I was physically present with Cydney while she reviewed my application with me twice to ensure nothing was missing. This interaction is on camera. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have lived here since 2021 and there were no issue before this. We recently have has mold and leaking issues in our apartment. Which has cause me and my children to get very sick. Managment used to be very friendly and kind but once a problem arises they become rude and condencending. Stonebridge as a whole is a very bad management and don’t handle problems and issues the way they should. They try to sweep things under the rug. They will not let me end my lease even though there is major health concerns and Im diabetic and its taking a toll on my mental health aswell. They are here for money grabs and are not genuine. Also the front doors don’t lock sometimes which is also another safety concern. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
I was seriously considering this place, but after reading multiple reviews—especially regarding mold issues—I will definitely not be moving forward. I also have a family member who currently lives here, and after visiting their unit, you can literally feel the humidity/warmth in the apartment and visibly see mold, which is extremely concerning. Between what I’ve personally witnessed and what current and former tenants are saying, it’s clear that management does not handle maintenance or health concerns appropriately. Mold is a serious health risk, and the consistent complaints point to poor management and neglect rather than isolated incidents. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families or individuals with health concerns.
11/25 update: I completed my 14 month lease and moved out. I can’t stress this enough, look elsewhere. I’ve added a couple photos I took on the way out. This will be the only review you need, please don’t rent here. I’ve been a resident for three weeks, I can’t imagine what the next 13 months will look like. First issue, roaches. They sent out a professional crew to spray on my 7th day, but the problem persists. Second issue, management and their communication. They’re both disrespectful and have horrible communication, lovely mix. Christine the “Property Manager” shuts down and refuses to respond when giving pushback on issues. She won’t respond about me being lied to in writing about termination of a lease if I were to purchase a property, real professional. Third issue, they
