Hazeltine Apartments

Just awful. Manager named Martha is an awful and vindictive person. She is constantly putting notices on neighbors doors and in the hallways for the most ridiculous things while ignoring harassment and noise violations from awful tenants, one of whom runs a bicycle theft ring out of the parking area. Building is crumbling, full of roaches, and it took over 3 years to repaint the hallways. The "manager" also constantly claims she needs to "inspect inside each unit" just so she can snoop into people's business. Update 11/26/24 A fire that broke out in the On Site Manager's Office 6 weeks ago caused everyone to have to evacuate in the middle of the night, injured 3 people and damaged the laundry room. Been living here for over 20+ plus years , Martha is the manager cordial and friendly , always attentive to my needs, every time something breaks I get a response within mins within my request , Martha helps the root of the problem no matter what time , very dependable ,clean ran building , quite nice space

DO NOT RENT HERE ! Manager likes to play games and cause problems and prices for 1 bedrooms are never the same price to another in the same facility. Manager likes to cause problems with you even though they are the ones at fault ! It's frequent for tenants to move out due to this and more.
