Hawthorne Hill Apartments

Would absolutely not recommend living here. The only positive experience we had was the maintenance staff - they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The office staff? Cold and generally rude. We had issues with our washing machine leaking water, and I had to follow up with them 5 times to hear anything back, to which they aggressively told me in bold, highlighted text to not use the machine - after not providing assistance for several weeks, what an unpleasant interaction (and how can we not use our washer for weeks? We both worked and needed clean uniforms…) - very frustrating. You have to pay separately every month to park there, and visitors have to pay to park overnight?? Feels insane to me, but granted this was the first apartment I’d ever lived in - so I don’t know if that’s the no

I genuinely love living here. The amount of space you get for the price is hard to beat, and that alone makes this place a win. On top of that, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. You really feel like they care about the residents. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout because they are consistently on point. Requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, and they never disappoint. Like any apartment complex, some neighbors can be messy and gross, but that is not a reflection of management at all. The team does their job well and runs things professionally. Overall, I am really happy here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great value, solid management, and a comfortable place to live.

I had such a great experience working with Elexess while getting my apartment at Hawthorne Hill. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything feel smooth and manageable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step. Staff helped make the move in process smooth quick and easy. They were amazing and continue to be. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and they do well! They’ve accommodated us well. And I appreciate all the hard work they all continue to do. Aside from apartment living and having neighbors who call the cops on you for watching a movie and enjoying your time in your own home, I’m not sure how I feel about living here. I have to tip toe around my own home, tell my kids to listen to the tv at a level you can’t even hear it because the upstairs neighbors continue calling the cops. My kids can’t even be kids in their own because any noise they make here comes the cops due to the upstairs neighbor calling. I’m just trying to enjoy my space as much as I can because I work hard and pay for

Here’s a softer, more human version: These reviews are honestly surprising to me. Every time I’ve talked to someone in the office, they’ve been kind, respectful, and willing to help. I’ve never had a bad experience. Maintenance has always been great too, friendly, respectful, and quick to take care of things. I will renew my lease year after year. I know people want things done immediately, but that’s just not how life works sometimes. And while trash can be an issue now and then, that really comes down to residents not always doing their part in a shared community.
