Poor attention to fixing things and especially things regarding hazards. Electrical, smoke alarms etc. Does not keep their word on statements they make. Excessive charges on everything. I do not have a good experience with them and am trying hard to buy my own place to escape it.

Some good features in these homes particularly referring to rounded corners in the interior. Although the subdivision does border the busy highway 12 it is reasonably near downtown. Be prepared for a good number of upgrades to get your home anywhere near the model home photographs (similar to all new home builders) so your chances of buying an affordable home increases substantially and for me did not make it a downsizing option. My opinion is this Walla Walla subdivision is a mishmash of too many color choices and styles of homes with little style cohesion... and, to me, is confusing. BUT Check it out for yourself!

Low quality construction, minimum attention to detail, small lots with no room for natural vegetation and trees, selling you a cheap home for a lot of money. No great location, either. To Hayden Homes - impress us. Make a development that has the community at its center. Quality construction, zero scape/native plant “yards”, large lot sizes, a park inside it with natural diverse vegetation and large trees. Accept and meet that challenge, and maybe WW will have respect for you.

almost bought one. but the location was nearly inaccessible in my wife's opinion.. there's also a homeowner association fee, nearly hidden, but for now only $25 a month with all the potential to grow and grow, but it would keep rental junk tenants under control. these are track homes, so get over it, they're what they are, the built-in landscaping is a plus, with the EV plug option is nice.

Like all Hayden Homes. Top builder with many extra items in the standard build ( most builders charge as they call/consider them as upgrades). Also know several owners that state Hayden stands behind their builds. ** reason four stars is always room for improvement**
