They listened thoughtfully to our wants and needs and worked tirelessly to make the search and purchase of our new home as flawless as possible. After the legalities and move were completed, they remained in contact with us and have continued to make us we feel welcome and integrated into our new community. Anne and Peter were absolutely delightful and refreshing to work with on our recent home purchase. Unlike some previous realtor transactions elsewhere, they listened to our wants and needs, and then asked clarifying questions. They did not show us homes that were outside our desired parameters or above our stated price range. They actually found us a home that met our goals and was significantly below the price range we were expecting to pay. All home sales have little glitches and they immediately stepped in to resolve all issues so we could have an on time, rapid closure. Their communication skills and attention to detail were exemplary. Peter and Anne were great to work with, they work great as a team complementing each other and always having at least one available when we needed them. We did much of our home search remotely and they were great about doing walkthroughs with us on Zoom, saving us the many hours of travel. They've been in Walla Walla a long time and know the market and neighborhoods and even many of the specific houses very well, and as a result we ended up getting just the kind of house we wanted at a price that we wanted.
