I worked with Destiny Perdue to purchase 2 homes here in Walla Walla. I was moving from Southern California and before I moved she sent me the customer link to the MLS. I was able to watch the market and see what is available and get an idea of pricing. I knew I wanted new construction in Harvey Ranch and I knew the floor plan I wanted, so when the next phase became available I picked out my lot and signed the paper work for them to start construction.
