Brix Apartments

I was here for just over year and a half, I was paying 1725.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment on the lower level of town ish the area around it is very trashy. Them putting in a dog park doesn’t make the eye sores go away. they had constant staffing shortages and bad management. Add they allowed people to continue too break the rules to the point of causing health issue for my daughter. There was pest control issues - I also noticed our bills going up for garbage constantly- come to find out that all the remodeling they are doing was costing me 90.00 out of my pocket because of debris from work being thrown constantly into our garage. I went in this morning seeking apartment information, the two ladies I talk to was very very helpful to me and for me. I give them a good report,a stranger walking in from the street,both of them treated me with great respect and they both was very helpful to me,just for that alone, I would love to be one of the tenants in the near future, that you for hiring good people, because good people is hard to find these days and time.

I had been looking and looking for an apartment and couldn't be happier than to come across such a beautiful complex. From day one Jen and Alexis have been so helpful, communication has been excellent and the unit was so clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend keeping them in mind for yourself or anyone you may know.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment management is genuinely cool and always puts in the effort to make residents feel welcome. They host fun activities and community events that really help you feel connected especially as a college student who isn’t from the area. It’s nice having a place that feels like home and a staff that cares about creating a positive environment. Definitely recommend!

Brix apartments has a nice location, quality amenities, and friendly staff. The apartments are certainly not without their charm. This like having our own hot water heater, washer dryer, and dish water may seem small to some people, but they really make life here all the sweeter. In addition, the location is great for my husband and I. Within just a few blocks we have access to a grocery store, hardware store, bike store, office supply store, a handful restaurants, and more. Even if Safeway isn't your favorite grocery store, there is something to be said about the convenience of it being in walking distance. This all said, is the place perfect?
