Lion's Gate

The apartments are decent, but the air conditioning is a joke. You'll notice many apartments with air units put in the window by the tenant. The air con that comes with the apartment is a small space unit in the dining area. Hence the bedrooms are really hot. The fact that rent raises are high and new people moving in are paying less than someone who has been there for 5 years is terrible. Not a way to repay long term loyalty. A half dozen cats roam the premises freely. When the popular treadmill needed repair, it was simply removed. The staff was nice.

My elderly parents lived at Lion's Gate for more than a year. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Adam, the property manager, who truly went above and beyond. The complex is well maintained and clean. The grounds are nicely landscaped with large, mature trees. It is quiet, but people are still friendly and neighborly. It was a great place for them to live.

Adam Siegenthaler, the director at Lion's Gate Apartments, is truly exceptional. He is not only highly professional and responsive but also incredibly helpful and understanding. Adam goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported, making the living experience at Lion's Gate truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

We have lived at Lionsgate for about 2 years now and we have loved every second of it. The timely maintenance request responses, as well as wonderful office management make it a stress free environment. Amanda was here when we first moved in and she was lovely to work with. Recently, management has switched over to Adam, and he has been just as wonderful to get to know and work with! He has filled the role so naturally. We are ecstatic to have another great person in office. The quality of the staff really adds to the experience of living here.

My two sisters reside at Lions Gate, Walla Walla, and immediate assistance was needed for one sister who slipped to the floor in her apartment. I (third sister) was not able to lift her. Patrick has been filling in as manager for the week of October 30-November 3rd, and was absolutely outstanding in coming to my aid. His positive attitude, humor and enthusiasm made such a difference in making my sister comfortable and relieving my stress. He offered any assistance necessary for the rest of the week that he will be working at the apartments. Weidner Apartments has a gold-star employee! I couldn't thank him enough for being there with good cheer, great attitude and above all, resolving my dilemma. I would like to add an additional 5 star comment for Don, the maintenance staff member.
