Harbour Lake Apartments

I absolutely love Harbor Lake Apartments in Goose Creek! From the very beginning, the experience has been wonderful. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. Tambra in the office is amazing! She is so kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. She takes the time to answer questions, works with you, and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so patient and helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to live with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent management, I highly recommend Harbor Lake Apartments.

Great community moved from Virginia To South Carolina. Tambra was a great help in this process. Great communication no issues with apartment it was perfect new renovation. great neighborhood

I own a roofing company and I worked with Tambra the Property Manager at Harbour Lake Apartments a few times and she is an absolute joy to be around. She has very positive energy and is very helpful and insightful. Would certainly recommend working with her and the team.

ALL THE REVIEWS ARE OUTDATED. Don't listen to these reviews, they all are from a year ago or more. Idk what it was like before but you can see when this review is posted and these apartments are great. Very well put together and nice on the inside. If you have something broken, submit a work order, fixed the next day. Very quick.

Maintenance request are fast and Easy on the website but getting in contact with the actual office to talk with someone here is very hard to do . You have to call multiple times day after day and send messages and emails day after day and maybe you will get a response. It is very difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner with little contact from the people who can fix them
