I’ve lived in this complex since 2020 and I will say that the management this past year and maintenance team has definitely been the best since I’ve been here. Everyone has been able to answer questions/concerns and service repairs have been done in a timely manner, I also see the work that maintenance has been putting in on keeping the grounds clean as well. Thank you to everyone!

I asked 6 times when they were going to fix the gym equipment and the first answer was that they were fixing it, and the last answer was that the equipment is old and they no longer manufacture the parts. The gates NEVER WORKED. We paid for magnetic keys that are NEVER USED! We pay the rent and all the fees and the only ones who use the condominium are the residents of the condominium next door who use our garbage dump and dispose of old furniture! We have already informed the reception. The representatives say that unfortunately they cannot do anything. If the administration cannot do anything, do we as residents have to solve the problem?

Leasing office says they can do nothing about the unsanitary amount of dog poop they have allowed to accumulate on common grounds. There is a resident in building 7000 that has a large dog that they do not clean up after and the leasing office says that they are well aware but claim they “can’t do anything about it” until they figure out who it is. This is not the first time dog poop has accumulated out of control on grounds they are supposed to maintain. They also let it pile up around the trash can in the small dog park. They aren’t even attempting to figure out who it is and there are no cameras up. Unsanitary and unacceptable. Other residents pets and children could get seriously sick.
