Rouzanna made me feel at home right away! She gave a very detailed explanation of amenities. The area is very quiet and clean. I love that all of the staff members are kind and attentive. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. The move in process was also seamless. I’m happy this is our new home. Thanks again!

I’ve had a great experience living at Harbor Pointe Pkwy! The staff, especially Norman who is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The entire property is kept clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to live. Plus, the location is perfect—convenient and close to everything I need. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Absolutely love the fresh new look in the management office—the vibrant green paint and new furniture is stunning and really elevates the overall image of the community. The upgrades in the office make me hopeful the gym is next in line for a refresh, because it could definitely use some love. Also want to recognize Tammie in the office; she’s always polite, helpful, and easy to work with when I need assistance.Thankful for her energy.

Keenan is the absolute best!!!! He is the by far the best maintenance man I’ve ever had since moving to Atlanta 6 years ago!!! Ms. Rosie is also the sweetest and helpful during the move in process. The community is very clean, perfect location, quiet. Everyone is helpful. I definitely hope to renew my lease!!!

We have been here 2 years and we really like it here, It is peaceful and quiet where we are. And the location is excellent. the staff is on point. Very friendly not one of them has never not greeted us anytime we passed. Even though this may be an older property the maintenance is probably the best I've come across. Norman is always available, friendly and they respond almost immediately.
