They are very nice and they make sure you are accommodated correctly I would refer all my friends to live here but they already have a place to live their very friendly, but firm, and understanding people I love it

I lived here for 5 years it was great at first very quite, clean looking, and now it’s a mess they come out and fix what you ask but they half ass it, they say they’ll be back don’t, building 5 is like where they are starting to just throw people with kids at and the children are supervised They have broke some people call her. I’m here. They’ve been playing on a man’s motorcycle. They’ve destroyed pieces and parts on the building. They have the trash up down the steps and when you go complain to the landlord, or the front office she said just call the police, Lady out here just threatened another neighbor because she let her know her child cracked her headlights and again front office done nothing. All you hear is cursing and very loud noises, and Thats the kids smh, I be babysitting my g

What can I say? Marylin is definitely a whole vibe. Her customer service was top notch from the beginning to the end. She Kept me updated on all pertinent information and my whole experience with finding my home here was absolutely phenomenal. The whole team was amazing 🤩 I have never been so excited to move into such a beautiful community. Thank you again for making my stressful transition to the most smooth and meaningful move ever.

Moving after 4 1/2 years to be closer to my mom but if I could have stayed I would have. There were some issues with the old leasing company but RJ Properties have made this location even better. It’s quiet, maintenance responds quickly and efficiently, and the leasing staff are very friendly and helpful. The community is nice and quiet and the property is well maintained. Sad to go but i would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a spot in this area.

Ms. Marilyn provided exceptional service! I spoke with her over the phone and was able to apply the same day. By the following day, I received approval and am now preparing to move in just a few days later. The staff is outstanding—professional, helpful, and efficient!
