Hallmark at Timberlake Apartments

I have been in my apartment over a year and have had several work orders that have not been resolved but coming to my email as complete. I understand that the office is currently under new management however, this is not my problem because I still have to pay rent. My unit has been out of electricity in the back bedroom for over a week. A few weeks ago, the only maintenance man that they have left came and replaced the breaker in the breaker box and he said if it continues to trip that they would have to send an electrician out. Last weekend we had to notify someone after hours on the emergency maintenance line. My son also went into the office and filed a complaint about the electricity that following Monday. Here it is Sunday and we have yet to see an electrician. I’m very upset and frus

Very peaceful and very comfortable living. The wonderful woman in the office are amazing and so helpful. Very nice and respectful. They explain everything to me as asked. I ♥️ my place ladies thanks so much for all the help yall have given me. Thanks so much.

My family was out of water for days during the holidays. Every single resident here had NO water over the holidays.

We rented to stay here for like 2 days. The first day we killed 2 roaches and one was on our fridge. The last day my daughter woke up with bug bites on her bed and it took a very long time for her to get it off and go to school. I am never ever going her again and even one kid got hurt from falling of the swings because it broke.

Jerricia is the 👌 best she takes her time and make sure she gets your paperwork done... she has a wonderful personality and works great answering all the questions you need answers too. She definitely need a raise
