I don’t even want to give a 1 star rating it’s so bad over here. So I have been living here for going on 2 years and I would say choosing to live in this complex was the worst decision I could make. The office staff is unprofessional and do not care about the residents in the community at all. They only care about you paying your rent in time. I understand that no place is perfect but we have a right to comfortable living conditions. The community is the trashiest place I’ve ever seen. We might as well live in a junkyard. There is always trash everywhere. When you come home and have to walk up the steps there is food and trash in the stairway, trash bags in the parking lot and loads of trash outside the bin where we are supposed to dispose of it all. This apartment community is littered with problems! The property has a big problem with trash on the ground! Oh, the managing staff does a great job of making it look nice from a distance. Just take a walk down your back steps and look in any direction and you will find trash. It has gotten so bad that someone left their shirt on the ground and threw a cigarette butt on it. I put the smoldering pile out! Crime is a problem also; just take a nice sniff and smell pot. People drink and party on Friday and Saturday and leave a mess that goes on to Monday afternoon. Maintenance men often drive by and don't even bother to pick up! The ponds on the property are heavily polluted. The luxury apartment that has a pool - yeah right. Try a pool with its own ecosystem. The head manager says "I got 90%

I am helping my daughter look for an apartment. After reading the multitude of very bad reviews for this complex, I think I will skip this one. I do not understand why management does not do what needs to be done for these residents. Very disheartening. You need to do better!!! Not one good review, not one! Not everyone can be wrong and they all say the same. Awful!! Do Better!!

This place is filled with mold and roaches!!! I kept my apartment VERY clean but it is infested with roaches and mold, after speaking with other residents who live around there I found out that my apartment wasn't the only one with mold. The staff in the office does nothing to fix the problem. My window leaked lots of water every time it rained for almost a year! I kept reporting that my window needed to get replaced and all they did was pretend that they were going to fix it and I heard nothing back from them. The Police is called all the time over there it was horrible! I have pictures of all the problems I had while I was there just for proof of how nasty this place is.

WARNING.....Do not move here .... poor Staff... poor management... poor Maintenance.. Jennifer in the office is very unprofessional and unpleasant and doesn’t know how to treat the Residents . She is very ghetto and rude. New management every six months And the police is called out here every day . The parents do not control there kids and they destroy the property . If u need a shelter to move in then this is the right place to come . Otherwise please keep driving by.
