I am here at Windsor Valley Apartments in Edgewood, Maryland. My experience here has been a total nightmare!!!!!!!! I have a rodent infested townhouse. I have multiple rodent holes where the rodents are going in and out of on a daily basis. Ive caught 9 mice in the past two months, but they keep on coming. I request for the exterminator every Monday nothing works. Nothing will work as long as the holes are here they will keep coming No one answers the phone at the rental office. Or respond to any maintenance request I put in. It’s horrible. All I want is every hole patched up and I can’t even get that. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in my life and I’ve lived in four apartments prior to this. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

0 stars needs to be an option, specifically for Habitat America! They took over Brent Place Apartments in Alexandria, VA and NOTHING that happens is their fault. No accountability, no communication, no answers, no logic. I've been trying to move since December; it is now March, and I have submitted the same documentation THREE TIMES. At every turn compliance finds fault or no need for the documents THEY requested! And their current favorite thing to do is blame everything on the employees they kept from the previous company. The name Habitat America insinuates you give a damn about people and housing them. Find a new one; its painfully obvious you don't! And to think they were chosen as a "better" management group...laughable at best!

My rental house is under the management of Habitat America(HA). $731 was not applied to my HOA fee account since 2013. I met the 1st property manager in person in July 2023 and the issue was not resolved before she left. I raised it again to another manager who took the position in March 2024. She closed the matter in this April because I refused to meet her in person for presenting her enough evidence thru emails. My wife worked as an account in HA for a year. Before she left in 12/24, I wanted her to help. They didn't help, but talked my wife into paying the missing payments. I escalated it to CFO, then CEO through emails. They simply ignored my requests. I reviewed the ledge she got after making the payments and found out 2 payments, totally $1792, not applied to my account in 2021 a

Nobody responds to emails or messages left with secretary is ridiculous. It’s time to move out of this property In response to them, please I am still waiting on a response from months ago. This is the worst company to rent from and once I move I will never live in any of the properties again. Nobody responds to anything or even cares, but will blame you. All they do is gossip about tenants

This management has recently taken over Smallwood Gardens and service and property management have been horrendous! No one answers the phone, the new team members including management seem to have no experience in their roles . Causing disruption and delays in areas that were managed fine prior. The most current issue out of the many:We are in week 2 of no trash pick up on the property. New management has allowed trash services to stop without a plan of action ( private contractor) leaving the residents to live with these trash conditions . Pest control already visits the property every 2 weeks for roaches and mice . I'm sure this trash overflow doesn't help . Meanwhile grounds have been picking up the trash around the property , valet trash services picks up trash sometimes (not as of
