Gulph Mills Village Apartments

Nice apartment complex. Mgmt office is timely follow-up (Kameron Gainer is great to work with). The location is ideal and central to everything and the complex is clean and well kept. The renovated apartments are very nice.

Move-in experience was good, place looks great, beautiful location. HOWEVER, I’m knocking off one star because they signed me up for a rent-reporting service that cost $15 a month, automatically, as part of the move-in process. I had to email them and ask to be opted out, but it didn’t take, so my partner and I both had to opt out again after we moved in. Extremely irritating. Give us an option to say “no” right off the bat please.

The staff was great with being able to schedule a tour for me on the same day. I was able to get several options for apartments so I could find something that best fit my needs and budget.

Josh was very helpful during the application process and once we submitted the proper paperwork to Sarah approval was speedy

So far, so great! The upgraded apartment has beautiful floors, great storage, lots of natural light. The appliances look new, especially the huge Whirlpool washer and dryer. I look forward to sitting on the balcony in nicer weather. Cameron has been especially kind and thoughtful.
