missed lots of stuff. told me support for mobile home was good but the last foot in back is not supported by the beam like its subpost to be. Furnace was back firing causing problems and said there was not problem with furnace. stove had a gas leak and said the stove was fine. i do not recommend

If you want a thorough home inspection, use them. Professional, informative, showed me issues and took photos to reference in the report. Would definitely refer people to them and use again!

I have used Guardian. I am glad I did. They saved me from buying a home that had been fluffed and buffed and looked great, but was sub-par. I recommend them.
