Grove East Apartments

I had an excellent experience working with Selah, Leasing Consultant at Grove East Fall Creek. She took care of us with outstanding professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. From start to finish, she made the process smooth and stress-free, always ensuring that our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable every step of the way. Selah truly went above and beyond, and her friendly, professional attitude made a big difference in our experience. ***Completely honest review with GOOD AND BAD*** I've lived here with my boyfriend for almost two years. We will not be renewing our lease. I have pros and cons for this place and some advice for potential apartment hunters. I'm not going to tear this place to shreds because of our negative experiences, because that wouldn't be fair. So please read it all the way!! Pros/Green Flags: - The property is nice. It's clean. The dumpster area gets cluttered sometimes and some residents don't pick up their dog poop. But that's not on the complex. There are dog stations everywhere, people just suck. - I would consider this property very secure. I know there's old reviews about car theft. But I haven't experienced that in my time here. The gates are working 98% of the time and that's a pretty str

I can honestly say my move into Grove East was one of the smoothest process I’ve been apart of. Special thanks to Selah for her patience, attentiveness and kindness while helping me. There was clear and constant communication from the start of the application until closing. I look forward to being a resident here at this complex.

This place is seriously a joke. A few short hours after management sent an email stating they are ramping up security, another car is yet again vandalized. They also gave us the excuse that this was happening everywhere, so I guess this means that we shouldn’t expect anything different from a gated luxury apartment complex that charges high rent. I no longer feel safe parking my car in the parking lot, or walking alone at night. The building quality is terrible. I can hear my neighbor’s every move. I can hear people’s conversations outside of my unit. The paint on the wall comes off if you barely touch it. There are gaps between the flooring and walls that ants come in through. I absolutely would not recommend this place, and I will not be renewing my lease.

With the amount of apartments out there, I would not recommend living here. The amount of fees added to your bill each month with RPM is shocking. Not to mention that it seems the people working in the office aren’t in the least bit organized, nor do they seem to know how to handle basic apartment paperwork. The amount of times I had to go to the office to fix additional charges or items that they messed up on was concerning. The apartments themselves are fine, aside from them getting the typical landlord style treatment before you move in.
