If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have only lived here three days, and my experience has already been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The only positive thing I can say is that they offer a 30-day trial period to move out if you’re unhappy, which is honestly the only reason I feel somewhat relieved after dealing with the issues here. First, there are no on-site staff members available at all. Everything is handled through third-party customer service over the phone, which makes even the simplest problems unnecessarily difficult to resolve. When you’re paying to live somewhere, there should be someone physically available to help residents when problems arise. Everything thing about these place sucks. TV don't work, no soap, no shampoo, no nothing. Stay at a hotel don't waste your money here

I had to move from Lawton to Newalla as my landlord completely violated my rights and evicted me from my apartment for being disabled, changed the locks, blocked me so I can’t contact him about my belongings, and threw all my things away (I’m working with the State Representative Office over this and he will probably lose his job but it doesn’t mean I’ll get my stuff back before he throws everything away). I have so much stuff I don’t wanna start over again but I’m having to… I got a queen sized mattress that is supposed to come in tomorrow but I still need a box spring, frame, dresser, and a smart TV if anyone would like to donate I would greatly appreciate it as I have nothing to my name except the mattress coming tomorrow… I don’t have a car to pick anything up either, I’m so sorry. Some apartments are not as good as others. But it is a good and safe place love it here
