Green Park Apartments

I would give 0 star if I could. This rental business is known for charging you for the smallest things. Maintenance charged us $100 when they found out the breaker to the sink tripped, and the rental manager is pretty much nonexistent when you need them. 2 months after moving out they finally told me they are deducting $450 for small scratches on the flooring…and I’m still waiting on the deposit. Most tenants move out after their 1 year lease. There has been dog poops all over the lawn most of the time. Hot water is also non existent if you want to take a bath bc it would start running cold. If you’ve read a few reviews about this business you know this happens to most tenants so don’t live here if you can find somewhere else.

Had 3 different property managers during a one year lease. While the building itself is nice, you definitely pay for it. Management finds any way possible to charge you. Do not recommend.

I live there and I can't wait to get out of there.Not enough parking walls paper thin.When I did finally leave they took over 300 of deposit for minor wear and tear.Minor paint touch ups.Iowa you can't charge residents for minor wear and tear.They did.Will be pursuing this in civil court.Summer smells so bad people allow dogs to deficate by outside doors especially in front of main entrance
