Blairs Ferry Senior Apartments

My grandma is a currently a resident who moved in two weeks ago her first week there she was at without hot water for seven days I tried calling the emergency phone number about 50 times left three different voicemails. Nobody answered. I also had to put in two different maintenance request papers until somebody finally came in. There was also nobody in the office the whole week she was without hot water. They put in a new water heater and now there is water squirting all over her utility room and I have no number to call in no way to get a hold of anybody. I'm not sure what to do. Does anybody on here? Who is a current resident know who I should contact about this?

We have a great new Maintenance man! His name is David. I accidentally dropped a 40 yr old piece of jewelry down the bathroom sink. David was very patient and kind while he worked to find the jewelry. He took apart several things in the drain, and then looked one other place. He found my jewelry in a trap and it was tangled in hair. He pulled the hair out and saw the shine part of the jewelry. It was so small, I thought it was gone for sure! You have one top notch maintenance man for sure! Thank you for hiring David! I hope he is the last maintenance person you hire!! I rate him a 10!

I have been a resident here since they opened. We have had 3 other managers and by far Carol Rath has been the most dedicated manager that has been here. She goes out of her way to help the residents and tries resolve any issues in a timely fashion. She is the reason I am still a resident here. She is loving, caring and very professional is her job. She is a one of a kind and irreplaceable in my eyes.

I have lived here for almost two years so have known Carol since she became manager.She is a great lady both as a Manager and person.She goes above and beyond her duties to insure the property is kept clean plus the residents and property are safe and secure. I have dealt with many managers and Carol is by far the greatest.She cares about the property and each individual living here.Your company really got a jewel when you hired Carol.Hoping she stays here for a long time.

I have resided in this complex for two and a half years. My experience has been great. I’ve never had issues that weren’t addressed quickly and professionally. I count many of the residents my friends. Our manager, Carol Rath, is also on that distinguished list. Inspire of frequently being buried in paperwork, she’s always ready to help, and sometimes just listen. When possible she also participates in some of the social functions and joins in the fun. She’s the best!!
