I sent over request to look at properties never got response finally after a month or more I get a call schedule a tour. Show up to tour get message from Paige that she isn’t going to be there to show house because she wasn’t able to get keys from her manager. so I asked about rescheduling never got a response back never was shown a single house! Unprofessional to wait til time of tour and not show then not even respond to my text asking about rescheduling as I sit out in front of the property. It’s been days and still no response from Oage. Very disappointed in whole experience and unprofessional behavior of Paige. I felt like they could care less if they show u a home . Definitely didn’t care about what I stated to her about having to be in a hotel and really need to find a place. Just

I wish I could give them less than one star. Over 2 years ago, they took my roommate and I to court claiming we had created over $5k in damages to the property we lived in. Long story short, uploading photos of broken windows and such at other properties didn’t work out in their favor and they owe us money. I’ve called more than once to collect this and have been ignored. Today upon calling, the lady I spoke with started yelling at me, speaking over me and hung up on me more than once. Telling me I’m not doing things in the appropriate order and I have to go through the sheriffs office. When I call the sheriffs office, they informed me I am doing it properly and the next step would be a General Execution and freezing their bank accounts.

These people do not care about your well being! We have requested for a new refrigerator because the old one stopped working. We thoroughly cleaned the old one & this is what they sent us. A refrigerator with mold & old food still inside. We also requested for a new stove since the oven stopped working & the stove only worked if manually lit. They sent us an oven with sticky oil substance & dirt on it. This isn't even the half of it when our pipes froze. They sent someone over & he said he couldn't fix it because they refused to pay him. It then took 3 days for them to send someone to fix it, they didn't accommodate us with a place to stay or offer any solutions. I advise anyone looking yo rent or buy to avoid them at all cost!!

They made sure I got renters insurance and paid them the 1,500 for first mth rent and deposit. When I opened the door on move in day the apt was a complete mess. (Pictures included). All they’re tellin me is they’ll eventually get to it no dates nothing. I don’t even have smoke detectors. Mind you this is wat I walked into and saw and currently have to live wit since may 13th they still haven’t fixed anything but they want their $700 rent on time. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The carpet stinks, the blinds in every room were destroyed holes in the walls, toilet non stop running, stains everywhere, the refrigerator missing a handle and the front door doesn’t even have a peep hole. As for fixin any of these problems they’re tellin me to wait they’ll get to it when they get to it. Damon is the guy I signed my lease
