If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management is impossible to get ahold of and is rarely even in the office despite posted office hours. Constant issues with neighbors and kids running and screaming down the halls. The hallways reek of marijuana and cigarettes despite being "smoke free" There is mold, the building is never clean, people spill and leave trash everywhere, dog waste all over the property. If you have any issues, good luck getting someone to respond, because 9/10 times, you're getting left in silence. Avoid!!

Living here was a nightmare. We were left without hot water for six entire days, and despite calling repeatedly, no one ever returned our messages. The property manager hides in her office, actively avoiding tenants, and even declines phone calls which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Even after moving out before the new month began, we were still slapped with a $1,335 charge with zero explanation. The entire building smells disgusting, and nothing ever gets properly cleaned or maintained. If you value your money, health, and sanity, look anywhere else.

The others, especially Linda Talley-Dye, were absent, unresponsive, and refused to enforce rules. Marijuana and cigarette smoke filled common areas, non-operational vehicles cluttered the parking lot for over a year, and someone lived in a van on the premises. Loud neighbors, domestic disturbances, and kids running wild in hallways were relentless. Maintenance was chaotic with 3-4 different staff and constant plumbing issues. I received text to my cell phone from Sam who was supposedly an employee. "Sam" set up a showing with me and I went at the specified time. I got there and went to the leasing office door, expecting an appointment since supposedly it was set up and there was no reason to think otherwise. An extremely rude lady came to the door and was blocking me like a linebacker. She said they had no appointments set up for the day. I kid you not I had to pull out my phone and show her the text messages indicating ti.e and date of appointment. There were two other women their and one said that the person texting me wasn't even a real person, but AI. There was no way of me knowing that. You guys are a complete joke! Seriously! You were so horribly mean and unprofessional towards me a couple months ago when I was looking into renting from you. Never again. I have never in my life been treated so horribly by an apartment manager when looking at apartments. You guys never answer the phone, schedule appointments to see your apartments through AI and then claim there are no appointments for the scheduled day and time. I call over and over because I complete my application and finally someone answers. Once again rude as can be. Then I review TWG Marion Lofts and get an AI generated message replying to my review.
