This management company doesn't even deserve 1 star. What I will say is I received better treatment from property managers in New York. At least then issues like mice were dealt with promptly and appropriately. This Management company is more interested in taking money than they are doing their job. Every maintenance request felt like a battle. I spent a winter begging for them to check out my HVAC unit and spent nights with absolutely no heat. I had to beg for new windows for a year because not a single window locked. Not to mention just how condescending, unorganized, and inconsistent Aaron Lair can be. When green coast took over management of my building, where I have lived for several years, they immediately set about making repairs and upgrades that were long overdue. New laundry room, new paint, new windows and the list goes on, and not a penny more in rent!! Rob and his folks are respectful, cheerful and always responsive. If you are thinking of renting from green coast or entrusting your property to their care, Do It!!!

Whatever you do - WHAT EVER YOU DO - do NOT rent from Green Coast. There's not enough room here to detail what scam artists this company is. You can expect to lose your deposit (2 years in a row) and retain legal services for the amount they will charge BEYOND the extraordinary deposit to renovate the house between leases. It cannot be OVER stated, stay as far away from this company as you can. I'm forced to give them 1 star but they deserve none.

My nonprofit owns a 30 tenant property in College Park, MD. We have used Green Coast for various projects and ongoing services for over a decade, and we have always been very pleased. Green Coast's staff cleans our property daily and does an excellent job. We run a newly renovated fraternity chapter house, so it takes a lot of work and attention to detail to keep it looking clean and tidy. Our tenants consistently provide great reviews about Green Coast's services. Green Coast's management also does a great job of communicating our specific needs to their staff and adjusting their procedures to meet our needs. Their prices are also fair, especially when you consider the quality of their work.

SCAM ARTISTS: This company does not understand what it means to be a landlord. A broken fridge took nearly 2 months to replace, a dishwasher needed replacement and so did many other things. All took weeks to get a repair man over. AND at the end of our lease, the company decided to remodel their house and charge us ON TOP OF OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT - lying about broken doors and small pieces all around the house. They charged us $600+ for pest control, $600 for pressure washing a small area, and thousands to replace their house little by little. Oh yea, they didn't replace that stuff yet though...they supposedly are forcing the new tenants to move out one day so they can get replaced carpet and such...
