Great Oaks Apartments

A very bad experience very bad way you never get fixed anything that breaks and then I charged you I lived almost 2 years and when I went to have to pay everything to the li.piesa of the apartment they charge you everything and when I went to ask you come rude I do not recommend that recidenc to anything. They don't treat you.

It’s horrible!! They rent to people that fight constantly and someone steals women’s garments out of the laundry room and they are too cheap to install cameras

Stayed here for 2 years and we were very happy and comfortable. Front office was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick with any issues and also friendly. The area is quiet as well and felt safe. Pest control came regularly and never had issues with bugs/pests. They did have a water leak maybe twice but they always gave notice. Would give 5 stars but the air vents were pretty old and dusty which caused my allergies to spike. They do give complimentary air filters. The old vents is probably standard across Lufkin though so other than that we would definitely live here again if needed. Definitely recommend

I’ve lived here almost a year. I feel that is a fair amount of time to give fair review. To begin, the staff are excellent. They are respectful and maintenance is efficient. I’ve always had quick response to maintenance calls and a detailed note is left by maintenance if I wasn’t home when they came. When I first moved in, I kept tripping on a raised crack in the sidewalk. Finally I reported it and literally a day later it was repaired. I was very impressed. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. I didn’t like that the tub and toilet are stained but I sanitized and feel comfortable with that. The grounds and patios are very neat and clean at all times. Also, you can’t beat the price. Last thing, I don’t have a pet so I especially appreciate that they have the puppy poop bag stations

Great Oaks has been my home for 8 years. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with any repairs or problems. The grounds are well kept. I have continued to live here because its clean and very quiet. Its a great place to call home!
