Graymere Apartments

Terrible place to live! Wouldn't recommend it in a thousand years. The office staff acts all nice until they get their hooks into you with a lease agreement and then they flip scripts completely. They act like slum lords, take forever to fix things and then they try to find a way to make it somehow your fault so they can charge you for it. They do not take security issues brought to their attention seriously at all, unless they can somehow twist things to involve tenants who they don't like for whatever reason. The office manager is about as rude and two faced as they come. Again, highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live. Even if these people are the Cheapest and offer you some deal, don't fall for it! It's not worth it!

For the most part the other residents that I have met here have been very nice and social. But I have only been here for a little over a week. I did notice that there are some things in my apartment that didn't get fixed, done correctly, or were overlooked. Nothing huge, but I will be letting the office know so I don't get in trouble for the damages. So far it is good and I don't regret moving here.

The staff a Graymere are simply outstanding. Spencer (property manager) is astute, understanding, on top of any issue you may have from the time you come to look at Graymere to finalizing your lease & move in & there after. The amenities are amazing and the entire staff go out of their way being courteous, attentive and timely. If your looking for a luxury apt homes, I highly recommend Graymere.

My friend recently moved here. I absolutely love her apartment ! It's spacious, with adequate storage. These apartment comes fitted with modern kitchen ware. They are also very well maintained. The maintenence men are very friendly and approachable, and they live on site. The apartments also have a pool that is located on the campus. Also it has a hot tub. I would give these apartments a five-star rating, but many residents that I have talked to have reported problems with a spider infestation. Some with Brown Lucruz. I have heard that the main office knows of these infestations and are working on it. Other than that, I believe that this is a wonderful place for a family to live

Spencer made my move-in process as smooth as possible and I felt welcomed right away! Would recommend Graymere to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to call home!
