Eugene Mazza is the best builder I’ve ever worked with. That is saying a lot after 4 personal homes to 30 real estate investments. The time I’ve been working with Eugene has been the smoothest, fastest, and most budget conscientious. He takes great pride in his work and applies excellent craftsmanship. He keeps his subcontractors accountable and has made sure they repair their issues at no cost. Some of you may not believe this, but my 5 bedroom Septic System in Maury County was installed, inspected and covered in the same day and cost less than $10,000! I think God was at work in that, so everybody can’t expect it. But that’s largely due to his leadership, reputation and presence on my job site. Its nothing short of saying he’s the best general contractor in Middle Tennessee. My house
