My whole experience with Duck River was about as smooth as it gets. From the application process to the signing and extension of my lease to the move-in and duration of my stay, never was there a hiccup. Rarely did anything need maintenance, and when it did they sent someone quickly to resolve the issue. They were very kind and understanding of my particular circumstances, specific requests I had regarding the property I rented, and interacting with Tina and folks at the office was always pleasant. I’d recommend Duck River realty to anyone.

We have rented with Duck River Realty for almost two years now. They are very easy to work with. Very responsive to any repairs. Tina in the office is always so friendly and caring. Always responds timely. The house we were previously renting became no longer available as the owner wanted to move in. Tina helped us find another home to meet our needs. We love renting with Duck River Realty. Would definitely recommend.

To say that these folks care about their clients is an understatement! In times like these, this is paramount. The rental process is usually not a particularly pleasant experience. But, dealing with DR Realty was different! They take a personal interest in ensuring renters needs are met. We are 2 years in as renters & we love our place. We also love the attention paid to any maintenance issues that should ever arise, which have ALWAYS been handled lickety-split! I also want to give special recognition to Tina Paris!
