Walker Court Apartments

Kristin, the manager, is the best! My children and I are in the process of moving into a 3 bedroom apt. She has been so helpful. She’s on top of everything. And she keeps in contact with me letting me know every single update or request as soon as it comes up. I’ve lived in apartments for 16 years and I’ve never had a more pleasant experience with a manager. She’s amazing! I look forward to being a tenant of Kristin’s for a long time. Also, the apartments are absolutely beautiful and very spacious.

I came to Walker Court in May of 2022 from California. Kristin was very personable, courteous and professional throughout the entire application process. She is very resourceful and has offered her support whenever I needed it. When my AC went haywire, I called the emergency number and Earl came right out on a Sunday evening and fixed it right away! He is very kind and it's been nice having him around. I enjoy the many gatherings and events that Kristin hosts. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, I am grateful to live in such a nice, spacious and affordable apartment!

Many great things here... First, Kristin (property manager) is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond what's required of her. She is devoted to the property and the community here. Kristin created and hosted an amazing Halloween party Christmas event, and is working on upcoming projects. Second. The property is kept clean and maintained. Excited to see the community getting together more often. Update: After being here for 3 years, I still feel good living here and i received a complimentary rug cleaning! Kristin is still the Best!

In my 3 years of living here it has been a positive experience. The apartments are really spacious and beautiful looking with granite countertops & hardwood floors throughout. The manager Kristin is wonderful and has an open door policy. She tries to plan special events around the holidays for the residents which you don't see in every apartment place you live. Also if you have a maintenance issue they are always prompt. Wonderful place to live

I recently moved to Walker Courts Apartments in Columbia Tn. After searching for months for my special needs. This is a beautiful convenient apartment complex. The manager , Kristin Geraci, is the most knowledgeable, and helpful mgr. I have met. She is thoughtful, available, and considerate. Goes the extra mile for all, and she helped me complete the tedious, necessary steps and paperwork to move into a wonderful apt I love. Kristin encourages and enforces necessary rules for a safe and amiable community with a good neighbor ‘policy.’ She fosters a real community of ‘neighbors’ and family friendly events for children.
