Bexley Spring Hill

It took me a few months of being here to write the review.. I wanted to give this place five stars so bad ! The staff is very friendly, I feel welcomed here. the amenities are great !! The big big ick is of course the thin insulation. And the absolute rudeness of my neighbor.. I assume this is why the apartment was empty.. so unfortunately a bad neighbor can change your whole perspective of the move in…so my review is more just on humans can do better.

From the moment he arrived to address our inspection checklist during our first week of moving in, he represented the kind of professionalism and care that makes a strong first impression. I’ve had great experiences with the maintenance team at the Bexley including Andrew, Fred and Anthony. I recently had a leak in my ceiling light and called the emergency line Sunday. Anthony came right out despite it being off hours and addressed the issue and when I mentioned I was immune compromised and mold sensitive he went above and beyond to address the leak in a timely manner, dry everything out, spray anti mold spray and even came back a week later to check moisture levels and add a sealant to the ceiling. Appreciate it!

Just want to let you know that your maintenance crew has worked tirelessly during our ice storms here in Tennessee to the benefit of the residence. They gave up their weekend to work in subzero temps to remove ice, laying down salt and sand to protect against slip and falls and general safety and clearing off areas of obstruction. Can't say enough good about these guys. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.

The maintenance department here is fantastic. The turn around time for answering maintenance requests is within about two hours. The first time Anthony came and fixed my A/C when it stopped working over the summer. He was incredibly nice and got the job done so fast. The second was when I needed lighting fixed and Fred came by to fix it. Also incredibly nice, fixed my problem quickly and threw in some good laughs along with it. I really appreciate the maintenance department here.
