Gray Warr Apartments

The owners of this establishment are amazing people. They are amazing not just professionally but also personally. They take care of any issues in a timely manner, they work with people on their rent, because they understand that life happens, they bring gifts to tenants' children so the kids/babies can have a Christmas. These people are good people. These people are good landlords. These people are caring. I hate that ANYONE would think otherwise. Biggest hearts in town for sure!

I have been living here for a few years now, and I haven't had any issues with anyone, or anything. The landlord is very professional and will bring a quick resolution to any issues that do come up . I would definitely recommend grey warr apartments !

This place is run down. When it rains you need a tow boat to get through the parking lot. Better wear a life vest as well incase you fall into one of the craters and can't swim.
