Granada Apartments

I love the my apartment! And I love the neighborhood. They cleaned my apartment really well prior to my move in, everything looks up to date and it is very comfy. I love that you guys have an app for the door and for the laundry, it is very convenient for the residents and it makes things go so smoothly unlike my old apartment. The only thing I dislike is how easily I can hear my neighbors above me walking around. That is slightly annoying. But you guys are definitely still worth the five star.

We have lived here at Granada for a week now, and we love it!! The apartment feels like home, and the people who work here are really great.

First of all the pet/cat policies. I understand about me sharing the cost of having my cat live with me. Like $25 a month is fine, but $200, for the start up fee. Anyways my cat doesn't do any kind of damage to my apartment, none what. so ever. Now if I were a drunken sailor, good luck.

I requested a new screen door for my sliding glass door, maintenance came to replace it and broke it even more. The guy could not get it to stay on the track so he threw a fit and damaged the track so bad that no screen will work. So they said they were going to get me a whole new sliding glass door and still have not gotten me one or even tried to at least fix this door again!! So here it is almost the end of summer now and can't enjoy my door because there's no screen and mosquitoes get in. Some of the maintenance men here or at least the one that "tried" to fix my screen, are terrible and honestly I don't think they have a clue as to what they're doing!! OH! And he replaced my kitchen faucet and hooked the hot and cold water up backwards!! He was a complete Joke!!
