I would not recommend living here, especially if you have children. We have found mold in our apartment twice, and nothing has been done to actually prevent it from coming back. Instead of taking responsibility, management told us that the mold testing kits are “inaccurate,” which feels dismissive and concerning considering what we are physically seeing in the unit. What makes this even more upsetting is the lack of care from both the owner and the leasing manager when it comes to families. There are children in this complex, including ours, who have been getting sick from mold exposure, and it does not feel like their health is being taken seriously. Love living here! The place is super nice and always kept up, but honestly the best part is the management. Niels is awesome he’s super friendly, on top of everything, and actually makes sure stuff gets done. It feels safe, clean, and like people actually care. If you’re looking for a spot to live, this is the one.
