It’s the worst bank ever!!!! I want to make a payment and I need to go to the branch because they blocked my account!!! Terrible customer service!!!!
Will not send you notices for missed payments or even notices for errors on their end. They will then lie on phone saying its due to federal regulations. What federal regulation forbids banks from texting customers when they are missing payments or past due? Because of their lack of communication 1 missed payment turned into 3 because they could not disclose which months payment I actually missed
Had a fraudulent account open and was told I needed to go to the branch to fill out paperwork only to arrive at 9:30am and it’s closed
Unable to payoff my auto loan here. Drove to Goleta Golden 1 credit union where I could do that.
