Goddard completed a deck installation and bathroom renovation for us and the crew did great work. Foreman (Edwin) was extremely responsive and helpful. My past experiences with builders in Nashville have not been very positive, but Paul and Edwin (and Deborah in the office) were all great to work with. The workers and subs were all friendly and eager to please. Their response time was quick, and the open communication was superb. Highly recommended if you are looking for good quality work and an easy to work with, responsive team that wants you to be satisfied.

Goddard completed a project for us in which they finished our second story walk in attic space into a small bedroom and bonus room. They were very professional and prompt in meeting all discussed timelines and even finished a couple weeks early and within the originally quoted budget. We requested a few changes during the project and they accommodated everything without nickel and diming. The communication about the work schedule was very good and it was nice to know in advance which days of the week we'd have major work occurring in the residence. The daily crew and the subcontractors were so respectful of our space and always made sure to say good morning and goodbye. They cleaned up after themselves extensively which we really appreciated with a dog and a toddler. The work product is

Goddard did an amazing job on our pool house building project. They were responsive and communicated very well during the project. They also did excellent work and corrected any issues we had in a very timely fashion. Paul and his team are highly recommended by us!

Goddard Construction exceeded our expectations in every respect and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional contractor- from a custom home to a bathroom remodel. They did a large addition for us and we found that their employees were all very professional, our house was kept extremely clean, they finished on budget with no surprises, and they finished 25% earlier than scheduled. Great overall experience!

So happy I chose Goddard. I interviewed several companies. Paul was the most knowledgeable. We did a 1,012 sq foot addition completed in just under 4months...other than not living in my house the “stress” I had heard about building and remodeling just wasn’t a factor ... highly recommend them!!
