I’ve been living in this apartment complex for over 13 years, and unfortunately, I can honestly say things have gone completely downhill. The service here is absolutely terrible — trying to get a simple issue addressed feels like pulling teeth. Management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly not concerned with the well-being of long-term residents. It’s like once they have your lease, they no longer care about your experience. Maintenance is a whole different nightmare — they either take forever to respond, or they halfway do the job and leave you hanging for weeks. I’ve had to deal with issues that should’ve been handled within 24-48 hours, and instead, I was left waiting for months. Someone needs to come to my apartment NOW I've been calling the "supposed" 24/7 maintenance for hours and this could have been prevented. Now my bathroom ceiling has caved in. Ohh n the carpets are wet now too...

I moved in here with my girlfriend. She had a studio apartment. The apartment was very small but the price was fair. We did have a problem with mice a few times but we had a cat so that was minimal. We did see a roach but called the exterminator right away and it was handled. Maintenance was great when Ricky was there but he left right as we were moving out. There has been some criminal activity but you have to be careful everywhere. There are a lot of drugs in the area however. Convenient location and close to the bus stop and shopping center. All and all it can be a good starter spot but I wouldn’t stay long term. We had great neighbors which made the time we spent there a good time. The leasing office does have a lot of turnover though.

NEW Community Leader: is breathing new and positive life in our community.... thankfully but she cannot do it alone. The tenants' and renters' behaviors HAVE to change and become the behavior of Residents: PRACTICING -maintaining, upkeep and prevention on a regular basis.

This place wasted my time the lady name Tasha told me It was a 3 weeks step to move in one bedroom apartment..i did the application and paperwork they still didn’t get back to me I keep calling them and calling them she wasn’t there I had to move the end of the month but I glad I didn’t move there the place is to small and I heard that it’s crime infested!!! 🤯 💊 I found a cheaper townhouse nice area more space and the staff got the work done the same day I moved in 😊 …god works in miracles 🙏🏾 don’t TRY move here waste of time 🚩 you’ll be homeless !!!!
