Glen Oaks Apartments

Had I not been desperate for a place at the time. I would have looked elsewhere. This apartment complex has changed at least three different hands since i've been living here. One of the management companies running this place did the better half of my lease just to fix a Progressive leak from my ceiling. When my refrigerator went out, it took them two months just to get me a used one after they Informed me that they were ordered me a brand new one. Still using the used one that over freezes everything. Don't even give me started on the leasing office. I haven't been able to get ahold of them in months since they changed hands the last time. Can't wait to get out of here!

Staff steals out apartments❌ Management is rude to the tenants. If you voice any types of concerns, they give you the option to move.. The pricing on the apartments are different even if you’re on a voucher which I am not I’ve been in my apartment for years. It is not updated, but they have increased my rent several times now I’m being forced to pay more rent living in an old apartment with no remodels… I have squirrels and birds that live in. my walls, which keep you awake. Property is extremely dirty. BAD BED BUG INFESTATION…They do not clean up units after move-outs.. The Tenants are responsible to help maintain building utilities because hallway, lights and fixtures are connected to your apartment Which they know about. Before the new owners bought property, it was all utilities paid

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management sucks, increased rent without remodeling, Washer and dryers are always broken! I am looking forward to moving this year, actually can't wait.
