Glen Meadow Apartments

Glen Meadows is a truly wonderful, family-oriented community. Even though an unfortunate situation led to me having to leave, I can confidently say this is a good place to live. The beautiful landscaping makes every stroll a pleasure, and the abundance of shopping places within walking distance is incredibly convenient. It's clear that a lot of care goes into making Glen Meadows a welcoming and enjoyable place for everyone.

I would echo some of what has been said on previous reviews. The cost is absolutely not worth what you get. Within 1 week of moving in my whole building had a septic emergency. We ended up staying and living there for a total of 2 years. During that time we dealt with upstairs neighbors who had constantly barking dogs, loud surround sound speaker systems playing music throughout the day. We also dealt with them throwing large pieces of furniture off the balcony down in front of our apartment. Luckily no one was injured. All of these and many more similar encounters were clear violations of the lease. As such we reported them to the property managers and there was no disciplinary action taken. We have been living at Glen Meadow for two years, we love it here. This is not high-rise, concrete living -- it's a home. The layout and appliances were perfectly conceived for achieving efficiency while making this a welcoming home. Sliding screen doors to the patio and windows on every side allow for the flow of fresh air throughout. Most if not all units feature a deck or balcony. The grounds are always kept up, and parking is never an issue. We have the highest regard for management (Lynn, Olga, Jill, Eddie and Kirsten). We have had very few reasons to request assistance from the main office, but when we have made any requests, they are typically resolved on the same day. Every member of the office and buildings and grounds staff who we have encountered have been professional, respons

DO NOT recommend. My boyfriend and I were very close to moving in but, Olga had very bad communication and customer service. Also seems like she is the only one working there. If we ever had a question we would basically have to call repeatedly and email back to back to get any recognition. She would say one thing about the place then the next call would be a totally different story. We were unable to get our deposit back due to this reasoning. overall very unprofessional.

I have lived here with my family for almost a year. It is very clean, and pet friendly. Beautiful landscaping also. Even the maintenance crew is right on point very reliable, and kind. Just a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone! Love the office staff also. I became recently ill, and they take care of their tenants needs. Going as far as bringing me a gift, and a beautiful card.❤
