Union Place

I've been here for 5 months now. When I first visited they gave me a tour of a nice 2br with stainless steel appliances. When they gave me my keys it was for a totally different unit. They put me in a handicapped unit with old white appliances. After complaining they switched me to the unit I visited but they raised the rent a couple hundred dollars. Since I've been here I've put in 4 different maintenence requests. Although they've resolved most of them it seems like things keep happening. I'm paying almost $3k a month and I feel like I'm in the projects. I pay this fee for my packages to be delivered safely, yet most of them just get dropped outside despite the weather. I pay for their wifi (gigstreem), and it's horrible. Their smart key system never works. My thermostat always pops on r

I want to give Sean a shout out for being a great addition to the office staff. He is very professional, responsive and kind. He goes above and beyond to address any issues, he’s very hands on. He always greets everyone with a smile and a welcoming demeanor. I’m happy to say that I can talk to Sean and know that I’m being heard and he will do his best to help!

A BIG thank you to Sean for the warm welcoming to our new home! From the moment the process started Sean was and remains attentive to everything I've needed regarding questions about the community and everything involved in my move. Anyone who has moved knows it's awfully hard and exhausting. Sean put a lot of our stresses at ease with his reassuring words of kindness and wisdom. I really don't like making bad reviews if I can help it. But I want to help whoever is moving in Building 8 room 419. We were there for 2 years and kept it spotless despite the organization taking out $50 from our deposit after we cleaned and spot checked the apartment after move out. TWO MONTHS AND WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR OUR $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECKS BY THE WAY. ...But it was okay staying there until last year. Dog crap in the hallway LITERALLY. The emails that were sent about it and other problems did not enforce anything. There was dog pee multiple times in front of our door and there were some very aggressive dogs that lived right by the elevator on the 4th floor that lunged at our little puppy multiple times. And it was genuinely scary. I'm name dropping our apartment room because
