Station 117 Apartments

From start to finish, the staff here is absolutely amazing! Communication is always kind, respectful, and clear. AJ, Joe, and Andy from the maintenance team are incredibly friendly and personable — they make you feel totally comfortable having them in your home. The office staff is just as wonderful; they're responsive, warm, and genuinely relationship-focused. Talking to them feels like chatting with an old friend. The sense of community here is truly special. The team actively promotes connection among neighbors, and regular monthly events help bring everyone together. Reygan made the entire application and move-in process smooth and stress-free and whenever I stop in to talk with her (and everyone in the office!) it's like chatting with an old friend. If I could give more than 5 stars

I live there. Not dog friendly. They use rock salt on the sidewalks that is as sharp as broken tempered glass. They should use the little round pellets. Also people will complain if your dog barks even a little.

The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are amazing and the staff is phenomenal. Hannah and Reygan are always there to answer any questions or concerns I have. They are truly the best! AJ is incredible - always remembering the little things like our dog or asking about our daughter. Absolutely love living here!

Great place to live! Quiet, safe, super friendly staff :) Miranda & AJ have always taken the best care of us! AJ is always smiling, super friendly and always gets the job done quickly. Miranda in Leasing has made our stay here so pleasant! Theres always great events, etc planned for the Residents! The entire Staff here is amazing <3 Reygan, Andy, Paolo!

Best apartments in Franklin. Reygan made the move on process easy and did a fantastic job of following up when I was apartment hunting (perfect communication that was personalized to me). The maintenance staff are friendly, timely, and treat the facilities like it's their own home. It's a great community.
