One of the agents is rude and childish. I miss read a posting he placed and he proceeded to call me a moron, a loser, told me “ sorry you are broke and made nothing of your life” . Very unprofessional. I asked him to stop emailing me and he continued to do so. He was a mean vial person. His name is Rick Flynn.

This office apparently refers contractors that have revoked BBB accreditations and aren't reliable so I'm guessing they're not very good either
