Glen Esk Apartments

Beautiful apartment, beautiful grounds and upkeep. Lovely management ( Danielle). A bit pricey but worth it.

I've lived in many apartment complexes the past 5 or so years, and Glen Esk has been the first that was completely worry free. The community is nice, friendly, and you will feel very safe. The area is quiet and somewhat secluded, allowing you to relax after any long day at work. Of course, this comes with the tradeoff of being a drive away from any stores, one, in my opinion is well worth it. There is ample parking and they offer garages if you want them. Also, if you like dogs, this is the place to be. The apartments themselves are very clean, large, modern and come with the newest appliances. Every other apartment complex advertises the word "luxury" but this is the first where it actually felt that way. I never had to put in a maintenance request. Walls are a bit thin, and I had to pu

My experience is about my dog.. A small dog and so sweet. She passed away about a year ago and I never notified Glen Esk so I have continued to pay for her here. Totally my mistake, but can I get any refund any refund. Guess I was so upset I never thought about it.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. First of all I want to say notice how they only keep the 4-5 star ratings on Google up and delete anything below that. Comical. So just know based upon that what kind of fake people own this complex. Now to the apartments themselves, when we first moved in one year ago the place was not spotless but they have a check list itemized for every little thing you will be charged for coming out of the security deposit if you do not clean up to their “standards” which added up to $800 plus a professional carpet cleaning that you either have to pay for and show them a receipt or they automatically deduct it from your security deposit and clean it themselves. This place just has bad vibes written all over it— completely mislabeled as a “luxury” apart

My wife and I lived at Glen Esk apartments for over 2 years. It was better than we ever expected. I even got a job working for their parent company. All the people that worked there were very friendly and went out of there way to take care of the complex. Great place to live and very convenient to the schools and downtown Scotia. A very walkable community as well!
